You will earn a certificate of completion once all “lessons” are completed in a course. At this point, a button will appear to download your certificate. All your certificates can be viewed at any time by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner of your account, selecting “My Account” in the drop down, and then clicking on “Certificates” on the left-hand side.  

The Knowledge Hub is largely available in English, French and Spanish. You can select your language of choice using the widget at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Please note that some courses only have video content available in certain languages. In these cases, the language of course videos will be indicated in the title of the course. 

Bundles give learners the opportunity to enrol in and/or purchase multiple courses at once.  

There is a mix of freely accessible and paid for content on the Knowledge Hub. You can filter for free or paid for content when exploring all online learning.  

Starting in 2024, all FIGO webinars will be turned into short on-demand courses one week after the live event. You can filter for webinars when exploring all online learning.  

All courses you are enrolled in can be found in your “Dashboard” located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.  

You have 12 months to complete a course on the Knowledge Hub once you have enrolled in it.
