How to use the Knowledge Hub
Follow the guidance below to get the most out of this experience.
Start by exploring our online learning.
You will find a range of online learning content on the FIGO Knowledge Hub, including on-demand Congress videos and webinars.
Select a course or bundle. Here, you will have the option to automatically enrol in the course or bundle if it is freely accessible or purchase if a payment is required.
“Bundles” are a group of courses that allow you to purchase and access multiple courses at once.
After enrolling in a course, it will appear in your “Dashboard. You can access your dashboard by clicking the button located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
When you select a course in your dashboard, you will be taken to a course player.

The course player
Here, you will see all the “lessons” listed on the left-hand side of the page.
Sometimes, “lessons” will be grouped together in “chapters.” Lessons may include text, videos, images, documents, assignments, quizzes, surveys, live zoom sessions and more.
When you have successfully completed a lesson, select the “complete & continue” button at the bottom of the page. A tick will appear beside the lesson in the navigation menu on the left-hand side when you do this.
When you have completed all the lessons in a course, you will be able to download a certificate of completion. A button to download the certificate will appear under the course title in the upper left-hand corner of the course player. Once you complete a course, explore more of what the Knowledge Hub has to offer.
